Marsha Leier - Owner

Marsha has over 40 years of restoration and construction experience. Arrow Cleaning Service was established in 1973 and was purchased from Tim and Leona Reuer in 1979 by Marsha and Howard (her husband). In 1984, Arrow expanded into fire and water damage restoration, and the name was changed to Arrow Cleaning and Restoration Inc. DBA Arrow Service Team to reflect the added services.

Since then, she has worn many hats within the company and is presently in marketing. In her spare time, Marsha enjoys fishing with her family, including three grandchildren. She likes to visit her son in California and go wine tasting. Reading, kayaking, biking, and riding a motorcycle with her husband are her favorite pastimes.

Marsha graduated with a BS in nursing from the University of Mary and continues to offer her services wherever needed.
