Our Workplace

Arrow Service Team places a high value on creating a professional workforce at all levels of the organization. Company representatives must work within our training guidelines and with limited supervision to help customers deal with home or business disasters.

Training may take a few hours to weeks, depending on the required expertise. Both formal classroom and on-the-job training ensure compliance with policies and procedures unique to the restoration industry while ensuring compliance with customer expectations and insurance industry requirements. Company logo shirts, jackets, and badges are provided.

Working in small teams or individually, you’ll mitigate (stop and remove) damage or help to rebuild after the damage has been addressed. Our on-call schedule is rotated with employees and management to ensure we have response teams available 24/7.
