Our Workplace
Arrow Service Team places a high value on creating a professional workforce at all levels of the organization. Company representatives are expected to work within our training guidelines and with limited supervision to help our customers deal with a variety of home or business disasters.
Training may be a few hours to a few weeks depending on the level of expertise required. Both formal classroom and on-the-job training ensure compliance with policies and procedures unique to the restoration industry while ensuring compliance with customer expectations and insurance industry requirements. Company logo shirts, jackets, and badges are provided.
Working in small teams or individually you’ll be mitigating (stopping and removing) damage or helping to rebuild after the damage has been addressed. Our on-call schedule is rotated with employees and management alike to ensure we have response teams available 24/7.
