We had a contained fire in our garage this summer that unfortunately resulted in smoke damage throughout our entire home. Even though it happened over a holiday Alex from Arrow Service team was at our home almost immediately. Because the smoke penetrated every surface we ended up needing content restoration, upholstery/carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and painting for all of our walls and ceilings. In the midst of all of this our insurance company/adjusters were being extremely difficult and argumentative with both Arrow and us. Alex and Howard stood up for us and helped us through the very long, arduous process of getting our claim moved along and paid out correctly in the midst of an extremely busy time for their business. They also cited multiple professional sources for why their interventions were necessary and acted with the utmost integrity throughout the entire process. We never once felt brushed aside and always felt like they cared about our home and getting it back to pre-loss condition as much as we did. Joe from Cloud Contents and his crew Doreen, Ismelda, Zaida, Tera, Rosabel, and Miranda treated all of our things with so much respect and care. Doreen literally hand washed all of our precious baby items and laid them out on racks to dry before carefully packing them into boxes for us. Tony, Rick, and Jared took the time to remove all of the shelving in our closets and walls so the painting could be completed correctly. While doing so they were very respectful of our home and kept everything neat and organized so it could be put back in the correct place. The painters Aaron, Devon, Kayla, and Myles are some of the best painters we have seen even with our experience building homes. They finished our home beautifully in almost half the time they were originally scheduled to take. We are so grateful to everyone at Arrow for their support in one of the most difficult situations our family has ever been through. We would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! “The Arrow Team is AMAZING to work with. I have gotten to work with Brock at my personal residence, as well when working with clients in the purchase or sale of real estate. Brock was extremely responsive in the initial damage mitigation, directing a team to remove all damaged property and stop the spread of the water. Brock followed up with our insurance company as he handed the repairs and restoration to Alex and Jake. Our situation was fairly complex and Jake was upfront at every turn, stating the facts and assumptions he knew at the time.

We had a back up of our drain pipe when it rained 3+ inches overnight, so a room in our basement flooded. Tony Reyes came in and replaced the sheetrock, textured it and painted it. He was on time, professional and great at communicating what he was doing...an example is he let us know he was going to use a compressor so it would be loud for a bit. We really liked Tony’s work. However, we were disappointed in the responsiveness to a question. Arrow Services was supposed to paint an additional wall in another room, but Tony did not have the paint and wasn’t told he was supposed to do it. (Even though the lead man came to get a sample of the paint and measure the wall.) He and we called several times...no response. That was disappointing. We never got the wall done. They did subtract the cost of the wall out of the final price, but our wall isn’t done and it could have easily been done while Tony was waiting for the paint to dry in the original room. The person working should always have some one he can contact during his time out on a job. A new team came a few days later and replaced the padding under the carpet and relayed the carpet along with some finishing touches. We were happy with the results over all. They nicked the paint in a few places but we can touch it up ourselves. Overall happy, just those couple of things made it a 4 out of a 5 job.”

As an employee for this company for exactly 8 years I can give quite an in-depth and honest review. I’ve seen this company grow from 18 employees to over 40. Because it’s a family owned company, that’s how the employees are treated as well. 😉 So it’s safe to say we’ve had our ups and downs. But mostly ups for sure. I’ve learned more from this company than I can even explain. Especially from the owner/starter Howard Leier. They helped me in many aspects of business. So, I have to be very blunt about Doreen and Nikki. Hands down two very professional yet outgoing, respectful, humorous, kind, happy, and extremely caring and understanding ladies. What a great asset to your business. Experiencing a fire and losing so much really traumatizes a person. With all the people coming and going it starts to get overwhelming. Having Doreen and Nikki here was amazing. They have a way about them that makes a person feel very comfortable. I felt as if I had known them my entire life. So I have to again tell these ladies thanks for making these few days go smoothly and I had a blast. Now for the physical part of their job..... WOOHOO someone that actually knows what the heck they are doing? Fantastic work is what they did. They were very thorough and detailed. They did not try to cut corners they did such a great job and were careful and respectful of all the items they cleaned. I really liked the fact that they informed me of what they were doing. Everything looks almost near new. The only negative I have to say is it was too fast, They did everything in such a short time and did it well I did not want them to go. I am a clean freak and my moto is everything in its place and a place for everything. I consider myself an Almost expert when it comes to cleaning or restoring anything. Yet, they actually shared some ideas and other ways of doing things that make a persons job easier... Thanks ladies. Love learning new hacks. This part is for the owners of Arrow service team... you have a million and one reasons to be proud of these two ladies. They are so much fun and so very good at what they do. As I stated before they are a huge asset to your business and definitely have nothing but positive things to say about your business. If I could please ask you to give a ada GIRL to them and maybe a bonus or some time off, I don’t know just do something special for them. Great company. The Leiers are great people. Howard is my favorite. Not only do they take care of their customers, they take care of their employees as well. We had Ryan Olson as our project manager and he is top notch! I highly recommend him to help assist you with your needs as he went above and beyond on what was expected. We recently had replaced all of our carpet downstairs and the 2 bedrooms upstairs along with the flooring in our bathroom downstairs. His 2 crew members were in and out within 2 days, their work, professionalism and dedication was incredible. Ryan came to our home to make sure our expectations were met and he even helped put back on the closet doors for us. He is a very dedicated worker who responds back to his customers promptly.
