Chad Leier - Owner

Chad started working at Arrow Service Team part-time as a teenager. He assisted his dad (Howard) wherever help was needed. He graduated from Bismarck High School and the University of Mary with a BS Degree in Business Administration. He has multiple years of experience in the restoration and construction business. He enjoys fishing and hunting, the river, and having fun with his children in his time away from work.

He is a registrant in good standing with IICRC and has qualified by service and examination for Certification in the following areas:

• Water Damage Restoration

• Applied Structural Drying

• Fire and Smoke Restoration

He also holds certification as a CMRS (Council-Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor) through the ACAC (American Council for Accredited Certification).
